Consignment Agreement

This agreement shall govern all consignments present and future by and between the undersigned and Charlotte Vintage LLC.

Articles are consigned with Charlotte Vintage for a minimum of thirty (30) days.

Consignors are paid for any articles sold on the 15th day of the month following the sale of the item. Consignors are paid 50% of the actual selling price (exception: 65% for local artists only).

Checks are held at Charlotte Vintage for pick up by the Consignor.

If you would like your check mailed, provide us with stamped self-addressed envelopes. Checks must be claimed and cashed within six months of date of issue or they will be voided with no further liability on the part of Charlotte Vintage.

Articles not sold within 30 days after date of consignment will be reduced in price by up to 15% every 30 days. Charlotte Vintage reserves the right to dispose of all articles unsold and unclaimed one hundred twenty (120) days following the date of consignment, without notice or payment to the Consignor and without liability on the part of Charlotte Vintage to the Consignor.

I HEREBY CERTIFY AND WARRANT THAT ALL ITEMS LEFT FOR CONSIGNMENT ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE UNDERSIGNED.

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CHARLOTTE VINTAGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS RESULTING FROM BURGLARY, THEFT, SHOPLIFTING, VANDALISM, FIRE, WATER DAMAGE, BREAKAGE, OR FROM ANY CAUSES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF CHARLOTTE VINTAGE. ALL ARTICLES ARE LEFT AT THE CONSIGNOR’S RISK.

I have read this agreement and accept the conditions stated herein as applicable to all articles I leave on consignment for sale by Charlotte Vintage.
